ADOCIA, a publicly held company with a Board of Directors, registered as a SA with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Lyon under the number 487 647 737, whose head office is located at 115 avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon (France), is concerned with the protection of personal data of visitors (hereinafter “You”) of its website www.adocia.com (hereinafter the “Website”) and undertakes to protect them in accordance with the applicable regulations and in particular the (EU) Regulation No.2016/679 of April 27, 2016 called “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR” and in accordance with the French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 called new “Loi Informatique et Liberté”.
When collecting your personal data, ADOCIA implements processing operations for which the company is qualified as “controller”, within the meaning of the aforementioned texts. As such, ADOCIA undertakes to comply at all times with the requirements of the regulation applicable to the protection of personal data and to treat your personal data only under the conditions set out below.

Legal basis and purpose of processing your personal data
The processing of personal data implemented by ADOCIA (or the Site) has as its legal basis (as provided for by the GDPR) the legitimate interest, when ADOCIA pursues the following purposes:
- manage recruitments when a visitor sends his/her application through the Website;
- communication between ADOCIA and the visitor when any type of information has been requested through the contact forms available on the Website:
- general contact: inform visitors about products and services offered by ADOCIA;
- investor contact: to discuss governance and shareholding of the company;
- contact partners: to discuss the license opportunities proposed by ADOCIA.
- monitor and analyze Website traffic for statistical purposes.
Personal data collected
ADOCIA collects the following data:
- Application Forms:
- your civil status: name, personal email address;
- your Professional profile: curriculum vitae, cover letter;
- any information that you would indicate in the open message box.
- General contact forms, partners and investors:
- your civil status: name, email address;
- any information that you would indicate in the open message box.
The compulsory or optional nature of the personal data entry is specified during its collection, by the mention “mandatory” affixed next to the data to obligatorily inform. The mandatory communication of some of your personal data is necessary for ADOCIA to implement the purposes specified above. Optional data allows ADOCIA to get to know visitors better.
Retaining your personal data no longer than required
Your personal data collected as part of an application will be kept for the required time for recruitment. In case of a negative outcome of an application, your data will be stored for a period of two (2) years to allow ADOCIA to contact you again, if necessary.
Your personal data is collected through the contact forms and will be stored for a period of three (3) years. In the event that you and ADOCIA enter into a contractual relationship, your data will be stored for a sufficient time for the proper management of our contractual relationship and then archived during the legal period of prescription for purposes of evidence for finding, exercise or the defense of legal claims.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data is strictly confidential and intended exclusively for ADOCIA.
Except legal or judicial obligation to do so, ADOCIA will never divulge, assign, rent or transmit your personal data to third-parties other than the host of the Website, as mentioned in the legal notice of the Website, available at THE TERMS OF USE, for the purpose of performing technical services hosting and database management and only in the contractual conditions signed between the host and ADOCIA that cannot derogate from this article.
Implemented security measures
ADOCIA is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of your personal data. As such, ADOCIA implements and maintains technical and organizational security measures on the Website and its information system adapted to the nature of your personal data and the risks presented by their treatment. These measures are intended to (i) protect your personal data against its destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure to unauthorized third-parties, (ii) ensure the reinstatement of the availability of your personal data and the access to this information in an appropriate timing in the event of a physical or technical incident.
Your rights as provided by data protection laws
You are, at any time, entitled to the following rights on your personal data:
- Right to information: the right to have clear, precise and complete information on the use of Personal Data by ADOCIA;
- Right of access: the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data that the Data Controller holds about You;
- Right of rectification: the right to have your Personal Data rectified if they are inaccurate or obsolete and/or to complete them if they are incomplete;
- Right to erasure (“right to forget”): the right, under certain conditions, to have your Data erased or deleted, unless ADOCIA has a legitimate interest in keeping them;
- Right to limit processing: the right, under certain conditions, to request that the Processing of Personal Data be temporarily suspended;
- Right to portability: the right to request that your Personal Data be transmitted in a reusable format that allows them to be used in another database;
- Right to Object: the right to object to the Processing of your Personal Data by ADOCIA for reasons related to your particular situation (under conditions);
- Withdrawal of Consent: the right to withdraw your consent to the future processing of your Personal Data by ADOCIA, when the processing is based on consent;
- Right to lodge a complaint: the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés if you consider that the processing carried out by ADOCIA constitutes a violation of your Personal Data.

Cookies policy
ADOCIA uses cookies for the effective operation of the Website and to monitor and analyze the traffic on the Website. A “cookie” is a small data file sent to your browser by a web server and stored on the hard disk of your computer. They will not damage your computer.
The information collected through cookies is solely and strictly for ADOCIA, in compliance with the regulation applicable to the protection of personal data. They are never transmitted to third-parties.
Cookies are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. From the “cookie personalization” tab in the cookies banner, you can block the use of certain cookies, knowing that certain features of the Site will no longer be accessible. These cookies do not store any information allowing you to identify yourself personally.
In order to track and analyze traffic on the Site, ADOCIA uses the Google Analytics cookie. This cookie makes it possible to differentiate between visitors and to compile statistics on the use of the Site by visitors, such as the number of pages visited, frequency, duration and recurrence of visits. This data is kept for thirteen (13) months, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL. The Site uses a plug-in of Linkedin® social network, operated by Microsoft Corporation, whose head office is located at One Microsoft Way, Microsoft Redmond Campus, Redmond, United States (hereinafter “Linkedin”).
When you click on this plug-in, you will return to ADOCIA’s page on this social network. By clicking on this plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with Linkedin’s servers. The content of the plug-in is immediately transmitted by your browser to Linkedin and saved on its servers. By integrating this plug-in, Linkedin will be informed that you have visited our Site. Linkedin can then associate your navigation on the Site with your Linkedin user account. If you do not want Linkedin to collect your personal data through the Site and link it to your Linkedin user account, you must log out of Linkedin before visiting the Site. If you are not a Linkedin member, it is possible that Linkedin retrieves and registers your IP address.

The words and expressions used in this Data Protection Policy have the meaning given to them by the GDPR and the Loi Informatique et Liberté:
